Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Ralmutino (the "Service"), available at ralmutino.com. By creating an account, joining early access or using the demo, you agree to them.

1. The Service

Ralmutino is a web-based virtual office that displays the agents you run with your own Claude Code installation, their status and the messages you exchange with them, and lets you customize rooms and accessories. Agents run on your own machine and under your own accounts; Ralmutino does not execute your code.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials and personal MCP key confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old.

3. Early access and billing

During early access, joining a plan does not charge you. Before any billing starts we will email you the price, the billing date and a way to decline. Paid plans renew monthly or yearly until cancelled; yearly plans are billed for 10 months and cover 12. You can cancel at any time; a cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Third-party integrations

Integrations such as Meta Ads and Google Ads connect to accounts you own, through MCP servers you choose to configure. You remain solely responsible for your ad accounts, budgets, campaigns and compliance with those platforms' policies. Ralmutino is not affiliated with Anthropic, Meta or Google.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam, attack or overload our systems, or reverse engineer the Service.

6. Your content

You keep all rights to the names, statuses and messages you send to the Service. You grant us a limited license to store and display them to you and your team in order to run the Service.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change features; material changes to paid plans will be announced by email in advance.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including results of ad campaigns run by your agents.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
